PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PURCHASE TEST KITS & DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE TO ENSURE TESTS ARE AVAILABLE ON THE DATE YOU HAVE SELECTED.

How does it work:

  • Click the “Book Now” button below to go to our online virtual care platform
  • Once on our virtual care platform you will be asked to create an account providing us your name, phone number, Date of Birth, email address and if you would like to add other family members to the account.
  • You will then pick an appointment day and time that is 1 day before your scheduled departure date.
  • Once the appointment request has been completed you will receive an email confirmation with a link to an INTAKE FORM you must complete this form BEFORE your appointment.
  • On the day of the appointment have your test kit ready and laid out on our Test Kit Form, please make sure to have a marker, pen and your passport(s) with you.
  • 5 minutes before your scheduled call log on to the Telehealth system https://rapidtestcanada.janeapp.com/login and the our Telehealth Nurse will be join you.

FAQ’s:

What exactly happens in a Telehealth Supervised Travel Test?

  1. Our team will first confirm your identity and your Passport information.
  2. Our team will ask you to open up the test devices and mark them using a marker.
  3. Our team will walk through the process for performing a Nasal swab, mixing the swab and solution together and adding the solution to an Antigen Test Device with you.
  4. Our team will then watch you perform your sample collection, mixing of the buffer and swab, and administering of the solution to the test device. They will    then wait with you for 15 minutes and interpret the results and enter them into our system.
  5. Within 2 hours you will get a copy of your results that you can print our download and take with you to the Airport.

How long before I travel should I order my test and book my appointment

Please order your test and book your appointment 7 days before you travel to ensure test kits arrive on time and to ensure test supervisors availability.

Can I use my own tests?

Yes you can use your own Health Canada authorized tests.  Our team is trained on the BTNX Rapid Response Tests, The Abbott Pan Bio Test and the SD Biosensor Standard Q test. If you don’t have one of these tests then we recommend buying a personal travel test kit or a box of tests from our site.

Can I use the free tests from the government?

You can use BTNX Rapid Response tests, SD BioSensor Standard Q Nasal Ag Tests and Abbott PanBio tests with our Tele-Health Travel Supervision Nurses

Can I use your Tele-Health Travel Supervision service for returning to Canada from my vacation in the US or other destination?

Yes you can, As long as you have a reliable Internet connection.
